01 | Intake
Contact our intake team by phone, text, or online. We collect your child’s information, verify insurance benefits, and answer any programme questions.02 | Group Readiness Assessment
A BCBA evaluates your child’s current social skills and goals to determine the most appropriate group placement.03 | Join the Next Cohort
Once approved, your child is enrolled in the next available group and all scheduling details are provided in advance. What age groups do you offer Social Skills Groups for?
Groups are formed based on age and developmental skill level rather than strict age bands. We work with children and adolescents from early childhood through to late adolescence. Contact us to discuss your child’s specific situation.
How many children are in each group?
Groups are intentionally kept small to maximise individual attention and create a safe, manageable environment for peer interaction. Our clinical team determines the ideal group size based on the needs of each cohort.
Do Social Skills Groups replace ABA therapy?
No. Groups are designed to complement individualised ABA services, not replace them. Our team can advise on the best combination of services for your child’s specific goals.
Are groups covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by plan. Our intake team verifies your benefits before the programme begins so you understand any financial responsibilities in advance.
Can my child participate if they are not receiving ABA therapy?
Yes. Children do not need to be enrolled in ABA therapy to join a Social Skills Group. Suitability is assessed during the Group Readiness Assessment.
