01 | Enrol in Social Skills Groups
When your child joins a Social Skills Group, you are automatically invited to participate in the caregiver support programme.
02 | Welcome & Orientation
Meet your facilitator, learn about the programme structure, and connect with other participating families.
03 | 14 Weeks of Learning, Sharing & Growth
Gain practical tools, build confidence, and grow alongside your child through weekly sessions aligned with their social skills curriculum.
Is Parent Support mandatory?
Participation is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Families who engage consistently with parent support sessions typically see significantly better generalisation of skills at home and report feeling more confident and less isolated throughout the programme.
What will I learn in Parent Support sessions?
Sessions cover ABA principles, autism psychoeducation, practical home strategies, emotional regulation support, school advocacy, caregiver wellbeing, and peer connection — all delivered in plain, accessible language.
Can both parents or caregivers attend?
Yes. We warmly welcome all primary caregivers who are actively involved in the child’s care. Having multiple caregivers aligned on strategies maximises consistency and progress at home.
Is Parent Support available outside of the Social Skills Groups programme?
Our current Parent Support model is delivered in conjunction with Social Skills Groups. Please contact our team to discuss your family’s individual needs and any additional options that may be available.
How long does the evaluation process take?
No prior knowledge is required. Sessions are designed for caregivers at all levels of familiarity with ABA and autism. Our team explains everything in clear, everyday language — no jargon, no assumptions.
